This first In-Person Session kicks off the 2017 Market Manager Certificate Program with locations in Novi and Gaylord, MI and Indianapolis, IN. This voluntary program is designed to encourage farmers market managers to pursue leadership skills and professional development in topics essential to market management. Market managers will be recognized with a certificate upon completion of the full program. This certificate offers acknowledgment to market organizers and vendors that the market manager is a trained professional.

Registration for the full program is now closed, which includes three in-person sessions on February 10, 11 with a final session on March 7 for Michigan participants and seven webinars from February 13 through March 1. Market managers not interested in attending the full program and becoming certified can register for individual webinars at www.mifma.org/mmcp-webinars.
Registration is open to members of the Michigan Farmers Market Association (MIFMA), the Hoosier Farmers Market Association, and the Illinois Farmers Market Association.
