Have you applied to be a SNAP retailer through USDA FNS? *
United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) division is in charge of certifying businesses as "SNAP Retailers".  Before being approved for new equipment you must have an active FNS Permit number as an approved SNAP Retailer.  FNS Permit Numbers are seven digits long and traditionally start with the number zero.
