Fund Development Committee
This committee creates and guides annual fund development strategies to ensure MIFMA has the funds necessary to support and grow our programs, services, and support for our members. Meets the second Friday of each quarter at 10:00 a.m. EST by video conference.

Racial Equity Committee
This committee provides feedback and guidance to inform MIFMA programming and internal procedures in alignment with our mission of placing equity at the forefront of supporting the viability of community-driven marketplaces. This committee also plans educational and professional development opportunities for the MIFMA team and members in order to support the continued learning and growth of the team. Meets the fourth Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m. EST by video conference.

This committee is charged with building a slate of candidates to join the MIFMA board in advance of MIFMA’s annual meeting in March of each year. The committee reviews the nomination process, supports outreach efforts to potential candidates, and reviews all nominations. Meets 2-3 times between December and February; scheduling based on committee member availability.
