Please join us for the 2026 MIFMA Annual Meeting! We look forward to seeing you Monday, March 9 from 10 AM to noon on Zoom.
The MIFMA annual meeting showcases our work over the past year and provides a context for understanding community-driven marketplaces across Michigan. During the meeting, members will elect new members to the MIFMA Board of Directors, vote to determine our 2026 state and national advocacy priorities, and inform our association’s next strategic plan. The board is instrumental in providing leadership and direction for the association, our advocacy efforts are driven by this priority-setting process, and we need engagement from our members and key partners in guiding the strategic direction of our association.
Members will be asked to vote on the following:
-Board of Directors: Review the incumbents and new candidates for the 2026-2027 term here.
-Advocacy Priorities: Prepared by ourAdvocacy Committee, MIFMA asks our members to help prioritize state and federal policy priorities here.
-Prior to the event, give MIFMA your input on our mission, vision, and activities as we prepare to draft our next Strategic Plan here.
During the Annual Meeting, we will present these proposed changes, listen to and address any questions and/or concerns, and solicit feedback from those in attendance, so that we can move forward with engagement strategies that will benefit everyone who is involved with MIFMA.
