Candy kabobs

My vendor is interested in selling candy kabobs, which consist of various store-bought gummy candies put on a kabob stick and individually packaged in food safe clear bags. She won’t be baking anything herself, just using store-bought candy. Does this count as a cottage food? Do we need to print out a label for every kabob?

Candy kabobs created out of store-bought goodies would fall under Cottage Food Law and indeed need to have all ingredients listed on each label.
This guide from our friends at MSU Extension offers some creative suggestions, like splitting the information on to two labels or tying on a tag.
