Application to Participate in the Farmers Markets at the Capitol

Thank you for applying to participate in one or more of the 2018 Farmers Markets at the Capitol. A copy of your application will be sent to you via the email you provided on the application.

Please mark your calendars for the dates of July 26, August 23 and/or September 20 and find additional information about the markets at www.mifma.org/fmatthecapitol/.

Be sure to submit a copy of your proof of insurance listing the Michigan Farmers Market Association (MIFMA) as an additional insured / certificate holder to complete your application. This document can be emailed to marketmanager@mifma.org, faxed to 517-940-4522 or mailed to MIFMA at 480 Wilson Road, Room 172, East Lansing, MI 48824.

Complete applications will be reviewed in the order in which they were received. You will receive an email notification once your application has been reviewed. All applications will be reviewed and responded do in early May.

If your application to participate is approved, you will be sent an email with a link to register for the events and pay the registration fee(s) (including access to electricity if you requested it). You must submit payment by May 31, 2017 in order for space to be reserved for you at the events you have applied to participate in.
