Making Lemonade Out of Lemons: How To Manage and Promote Farmers Markets in an Uncertain Environment
Debra Tropp
It’s no secret that the landscape of our food systems is constantly evolving, and it can
be hard to see past new challenges (such as supply chain disruptions and food price
inflation) as they arise. However, as we’ll explore in this keynote address, it may actually
be these events that put farmers markets in a more competitive position relative to other
food retail outlets. Learn how to position your farmers market for success despite these
challenges, and what marketing strategies are a good fit for our current world.
