This workshop, for wild mushroom foragers interested in receiving state approval to sell wild foraged mushrooms to consumers at farmers markets and to restaurants, will feature identification of 20 species or groups of mushrooms and the opportunity to receive on-site certification.
Workshop dates are Saturday, April 23 in East Lansing, MI and Saturday, April 30 in Hessel, MI. Register
Registration fees are $175 for foragers seeking certification or $85 for interested individuals who don’t require certification. Reservations are made at the time of payment; payment must be made in advance. Space is limited!
